Kandy Locks bleach-proof shirts are professionally designed garments created for stylists and salon professionals. They are designed to be bleach proof while working in the salon, without compromising on comfort or style.

Please note: while our garments are bleach-proof, they are not 100% colour-proof meaning if you order a white or light coloured shirt hair colour may stain the shirt.

Yes. Many of our shirts are made to order and may include:

• Your business logo
  
• Custom text or branding
  
• Specific colour and size selections
  

Because of this, all customised items are final sale.

Due to the customised nature of our apparel:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
  
• We cannot refund or exchange items due to incorrect sizing or approved design choices
  

Returns or replacements are only available if the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our end. Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

To maintain the quality, print, and bleach-resistant properties of your garment:

• Wash on a cold wash only
  
• Do not put in the dryer
  
• Hang or lay flat to dry
  

Incorrect washing or drying may cause cracking, peeling, or damage to the print. This is not considered a manufacturing fault.

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
  
• Minor colour variations can occur between different production batches
  

These variations are normal in custom apparel production and are outside of our control.

Apparel shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Within Australia, shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been approved and sent into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The hair must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  
• Provide your order number and clear photos
  

Each claim is assessed individually in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Kandy Locks supplies 100% premium human hair extensions SUPER DOUBLE DRAWN, carefully selected for quality, longevity, and professional salon results. 

Yes. All Kandy Locks extensions are 100% Remi human hair.

Yes, our hair extensions can be coloured or toned by a qualified professional only.

However:

• We do not recommend bleaching the hair
  
• Any chemical processing is done at your own risk
  
• We do not guarantee results from colouring, toning, or chemical services
  
• Colouring your hair extensions will void any warranty claims and may not last 12 months

Once hair has been coloured or altered, it is no longer eligible for return or replacement.

With proper care, Kandy Locks extensions can last 12 months or longer, depending on:

• Installation method
  
• Maintenance routine
  
• Products used
  
• Frequency of heat styling
  

Longevity varies from person to person and is not guaranteed.

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect length, colour, or weight selection
  
• Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, coloured, toned, or altered in any way
  

Returns are only accepted if the hair is faulty and completely unused, in its original condition and packaging.

We strongly recommend confirming your colour before purchasing.

You may:

• Contact us for colour advice
  
• Send clear photos in natural lighting
  
• Ask your stylist for professional guidance
  

While we are happy to assist, final colour selection is the customer’s responsibility once the order is placed.

We do our best to represent colours accurately, however:

• Screen settings may affect how colours appear
  
• Minor colour variations can occur between batches
  

These variations are normal and are not considered a fault.

The amount of hair required varies depending on:

• Desired fullness
  
• Length
  
• Hair thickness
  
• Installation method
  

As a general guide:

• To keep same length NO LENGTH - 50g
  
• Thickness (maybe a little length)  100g
  
• Thickness and Length - 150-200g

To maintain the quality of your extensions:

Use professional, extension-safe products

Avoid excessive heat

Brush gently from ends to roots

Do not sleep with wet hair

Never use any protein products on your hair only moisture 

Follow your stylist’s aftercare advice

Damage caused by improper care is not covered.
