Order Processing & Dispatch

 

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST) on business days will be dispatched the same day where possible

• Orders placed after 1:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day

Dispatch Responsibility & Delivery Delays

While Kandy Locks takes all reasonable care to ensure prompt dispatch of your order, we are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been dispatched.

Kandy Locks is not responsible for:

• Courier or Australia Post delays

• Late delivery

• Lost parcels once dispatched

• Delivery delays resulting in missed events or appointments

All orders leave our facility in pristine condition. Responsibility for loss or damage during transit lies with the courier once the parcel has been handed over.
